Kernel panic - not syncing : Fatal exception

I am working on vagrant(2.2) and oracle virtual box(version-6.0.14). i set vb.gui=true in vagrant file. when i try to execute command in git bash

    vagrant up -d

i got error as shown in image. virtualization is also enabled and hyper-v is not checked in turn windows features on off. I tried command

    vagrant destroy

but everything is not working for me. this is error only in my machine. On my colleagues machine everything is working fine. Please help me with this error.I am working on windows 10-64bit.
