make no rule to make target 'src/impl/kernel/commandline.c', needed by 'build/kernel/commandline.o'

I just want to ask that how can I fix this error as I am making my OS and make file is having problems with my commandline.py file (here I have used Python file for commands because I was having some compiling issues with the C file). The error is

make: *** No rule to make target 'src/impl/kernel/commandline.c', needed by 'build/kernel/commandline.o'.  Stop.

Please help me out with this error and the current code for Makefile is this
